A visit from the Divine Father

Image
It was a quiet Saturday morning, just before dawn, and I was up sitting cross-legged resting my back against my headboard. Another early morning meditation like most days, filled with rich experiences.   I always enjoy mediating before the sun rises for the stillness is an invitation to explore the depths of my inner world and my relationship with the divine. As I deepened into my intimate world of silence, I felt emotion rise up within me and tears began to softly flow. As the tears streamed down my cheeks, I calmed myself and noticed the energy in my room shifting. My house was filling up with angels and I sensed the energy and enormousness of this gathering. I could not see anything but I felt it. It was as though the dimensions were opening up and the angels were cascading down filling my room and home. I didn’t think too much about it because I am used to feeling the presence of divine beings around me. As I sat perceiving in stillness, I heard these words, “Why do you...

My Conversation with God Today - 2 Major Lessons

Image
The Nature of God and His Reflection Back to Me This morning, during my communion with God, I aligned with Him deeply. I am finding the more attention I give to cultivating our relationship, the deeper my meditations and ability to converse with the Godhead presence becomes. In our visit today, I felt as though there was neither time nor a definitive space; I entered an infinite space within myself not easily described. I call it my zero point. And I must say, at first it feels a bit uncomfortable, because I am used to perceiving in the various forms of positive and negative energies. But as I surrendered my preconceived notions and expectations, I found an inner peace I was able to flow with. God had two lessons for me today that I want to share with you. The first lesson is on understanding the nature of God. The second less...

Experiencing Mary Magdalene

Mary Magdalene Grotto in Southern France I want to share with you my pilgrimage experience at the Mary Magdalene grotto in the Sainte-Baume mountains. This cave in Southern France was the home of Mary Magdalene and two others during the last few decades of her life. Saint Maxim-Saint Baum, day 10 on my trip through Southern France felt like a long-awaited journey. A journey I looked forward to and at the same time, I felt a sense of dread rising within me as the day approached. It was a scorching 95-degree day and the sun raged along with an intense humidity that made every breath a challenge. As we prepared for the 45-minute hike up the mountain to the grotto, I geared up with a bottle of water and a sun hat upon my head. I was thankful that large, lush trees lined most of the path leading to the cave but the intense heat pulled at my senses and I had to stop a few times to catch my breath along the way. It felt as though the closer I got to the cave entrance the harder and mo...
